The Samsung Frame is a television until it is not. In Art Mode it becomes the largest picture frame in the house, and it needs images made for it. That means 16:9, 3840 by 2160, with the composition sitting inside the screen rather than cropped by it. These sets are built to that spec, in quantities of 25 and 50, so the wall can change through the day without repeating. Nothing is printed and nothing ships. You load the files through the SmartThings app or a USB drive and let the set cycle. Set the matte to none and the TV goes quiet too.
