What do you actually receive?
A PDF and JPG set in five ratios — 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, ISO and 11×14 — available to download the moment the order goes through. Nothing ships; nothing arrives in a box.
How do you print it?
At home on a good matte paper, at a local print shop, or through an online printer. Every ratio is sized for a standard frame, so there is no custom framing to arrange.
What are you allowed to do with it?
Personal use. Print it as many times as you like, for your own walls or as a gift. No resale and no redistribution of the files themselves.
What is different about the Frame TV sets?
They come as 16:9 JPGs at 3840×2160, sized for the Frame’s Art Mode. Load them onto the TV the way you would any Art Mode image.
Can you get a refund?
