Refund Policy

Effective April 30, 2026

Digital downloads

All paid products on The Quiet Arrival are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase. Because the file is transmitted at the moment of sale, all purchases are final once the download has been initiated.

If something is wrong

If your file fails to download, downloads in a corrupted form, or is materially different from what was described on the product page, we will replace the file or issue a full refund. To request a replacement or refund:

• Email hello@thequietarrival.com within 14 days of purchase.
• Include your Gumroad order receipt and a brief description of the issue.

We aim to respond within two business days.

Free products

The Seven Days of Softening welcome series is free. There is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from delivery emails at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any message.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us directly, we may decline future purchases from your email address. We would much rather solve the issue with you — please write first.
