Agreement
By visiting thequietarrival.com or purchasing any digital product offered through The Quiet Arrival, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Quiet Arrival is a brand operated from California, United States. The operating entity may be requested in writing at hello@thequietarrival.com for legal correspondence purposes.
License to digital products
When you purchase a digital download (PDF, image set, guide, bundle), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download the file for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, modify, or upload our products to any third-party platform. All copyrights and intellectual property remain the property of The Quiet Arrival.
Merchant of record
All paid purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc. as merchant of record. Gumroad collects payment, calculates and remits applicable sales tax, and handles chargebacks. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
No professional advice
